Habitat in Sheridan, WY

Family of red house
Red house
We continued working on blue house. I did detail work around doors and windows. Fred helped build a shed (they don't build garages) and a hurricane fence. Several days we went to the red two story house and finished the painting since the family of 7 was already in. We also landscaped the red home and the home next to it and seeded both. That includes gravel in flower beds and plants. Hard work. Fell in live with Americorp kids and Habitat staff. Really good people.

Us, staff, Americorp team
Two nights we had dinner with the local Habitat president and his wife. We really enjoyed . About our age. We had some of the staff over our last night to thank them. We hated leaving the Americorp group and the Habitat staff. It was a great two weeks even with the mud, rain and cold!
