Drought
Texas is in a terrible drouth. We have had 54 days over 100. We have a sprinkler system and we are allowed to use it two times a week. F asked me to use it only once a week to conserve water so we are at maintenance level. Nothing in the yard looks good, only surviving. I take at least 3 quick baths daily bc I get so hot if I just step outside. We are under a burn ban. We can grill but no fires outside a grill. Cloud doesn't even like to go out and wants to get back in right away. The water fountain is either leaking or dries up very fast so that we have quit using it since you have to fill it each time you want to use it. Most people aren't even making an effort to keep their lawns green or alive. I worry about Carlee and MyKala having to practice drill team and band outside. Football players are having a really tough time. Makes you think about those who don't have enough water all the time on other countries and farmers in our area
