Our house hasn't sold but we are out of it except for big pieces movers will take. We decided to go on and move out in case house sells while we are in MX. (Optimistic!). Realtor said it would look bigger. Realtor wants to paint inside house because colors are too bold!!!??? Why can't buyer paint it? So we are having that done.
We are in MX for our annual trek for Fred's spanish classes and Habitat and will get home April 1. We will be living in our RV when we are home. It is parked at my sister's home in Spring, TX.
